I could not have had a better experience working with a realtor. This was always going to be a complicated transaction due to the situation. And again, Judy was Great. When I didn't know what to do, she provided patient support and leadership. When what i needed to do was overwhelming, she supported me, she rolled up her sleeves and got to work with me. When I was convinced that the value of the property was limited, she dug into the comps and showed me how to get twice what i had been willing to accept. And finally, after the purchase had begun and problems surfaced upon inspections, she negotiated fair and equitable repairs and a resolution that saved the sale and closed the deal without breaking a sweat!
